What's the best way to convert a pdf doc to MS Word?

There's PDF to Word programs.. in fact one is called just that, but not sure if it's freeware or not. I didn't see much need since I generally only need some paragraphs so I cut and paste, but I suppose if you wanted the entire PDF intact it would be helpful.
 
Depends on whether or not you have Reader or Acrobat. If you have the latter, it is as easy as clicking "Save As..." and choosing MS Word document as your format. Otherwise you are pretty much stuck looking for freeware as duragezic stated.
