Whats the best way to clean your cpu?

I've got some artic alumina on and around the die. And some pieces of the thermal pad around the die too. What materials do you guys use?
 
Hmm, did you put too much thermal paste on? (I've never heard of the stuff you're using). Anyway, use some rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover. Happy cleaning.
 
The Arctic Silver web site has excellent instructions for removing their products. For removing thermal pad residue, I use lighter fluid (naphtha) followed by a rubbing alcohol rinse. Good luck.
