what's the best video card i can use for my system?

hi,

i run a socket 754 AMD64 3000+ in a SFF Shuttle case.

i currently use a radeon 9600XT AGP.

the case's power supply is 250W.

what's the best video card I can put in here without overwhelming the PSU?

i'd rather not buy a new SFF PSU. I like the low power consumption. I just want the best bang for my buck.

leave what you have unless you will replace your psu. Nothing in the market would make a noticeable performance leap under 250w requirement. My advice save your money, sell your parts and upgrade a whole new system. socket 939, crossfire/Sli, 2gb ram, the whole deal.
