whats the best video card for the buck right now

Without knowing what your used are besides TV-Out I couldnt dream of suggesting anything.
What's suitable for one person may be the worst POS on the earth for another.

How about giving us some idea of what your specific uses are?

Best bang for the buck now? Geforce4 Ti4200.

Best TV out card? Probably a Radeon All In Wonder(they come in many flavors).

Please provide more details(gaming, etc.) so we can help you out more.

Hmmmm i wouldn't go for the 64 or 128 MB Ti4200,
the 128 is just crappy, and the 64 MB version might be fast, but the lack of memory will
hurt you in the long run, you might as well pay a couple more bucks and get a Ti4400 card.

Do you have anything to back up that statement? Assuming you think its crappy just because the memory is slower than the 64 mb card, overclocking can fix that.
