What's the best video card for 200w power supply?

Most video cards say they need a 250w power supply.

Specs
Compaq 1.4 GHz Celeron
256MB memory
4X AGP slot
200w power supply
 
I'd suggest something like a Raedon 9600Pro or a plain jane 9600 in that price range. just make sure it has a 128bit memory bus and it's the SE version and you should be good.
