whats the best V-card for 150 dollars

My v-card price range is at 100 dollar. I can stretch it to the max for 150. In your opinion what is the best card to get in my situation. Thanks

The 6600 GT AGP version can be had for around that much. If you want PCI Express, you might need to pay more.

If you can't afford the 6600GT, the 9800Pro can be had for under $150.

Also, considere ariafrost's 9700pro. Sure, it's 2nd hand, but if it works and if it's cheap, what does it matter.
