What's the best TV & FM Card? And other TV & FM Card Questions.

Hi All,

I was wondering if you could please tell me what is the best TV & FM Card?

And also, I was looking at the "WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe" and was wondering if you could tell me if it has the "always on top" window setting?

I have the WinFast TV2000 XP Deluxe, and it does have the always on top setting. Make sure you have a good processor. I had it in a Compaq with a 900mhz Athlon and I had to put it on it's lowest settings. I now have an oc'd 2.4 P4 at 2.7 and it runs fine. The clarity isn't that of a TV, it's a little fuzzy, but it's well worth the amount they are selling for, especially when I got to record the final game of the NBA where the Spurs won while I was at work.
