what's the best TV card to watch TV on my pc?

I'm looking for a good tv card to watch tv on my pc but using cable tv thats all I want and under $100 please any help on this thanks in advance!!


Ps: I read some review on newegg but none are good so if u guy can help me on this I really appreciated thanks again!!
