What's the best transcoder app for *.platforms?

Streamtome seems to be the best since it has a MAC OSX client and IOS clients.

But i'd like to stream to PC's as well. IS there anything that can do the same?

stream all formats/codecs with live transcoding to multiple devices from 64kbps to 2megabit dynamic.

airvideo just does video and has no pc/mac/linux client (server yes, client no).

What options do i have?
