My rationaleis people are home, awake and usually online. or watching TV.

i think Friday lunch hour would be better than Sunday night. Many people are slacking during that hour and are surfing the web from work. Id think majority of people watch TV with family on Sunday nights

Friday or Monday during lunch could work. Either you're exhausted from the week (Friday) or dreading what lies ahead (Monday).

Problem is you can't get lunch hour across the entire US, but you can get sunday afternoon, I usually go for a 1-2pm ending time.
