What's the best sub-$125 AGP video card that can run at 100Mhz (150fsb) ?

A GeforceMX is the only way to go.

GF2 MX should handle it fine. Easy way to test it would be ask someone really nicely & see if they'll run their board at 100 MHz with a 1/1 AGP ratio. I can test out a GF2 GTS if you'd like, but I'm sure it will work.

no, don't get the PCI version of MX, it defeated the purpose of getting a Geforce, PCI bus limited the T&L unit so its noticable slower than the AGP counterpart.
