So I had sprint PCS and they sucked buy I've moved to south OC and I read that they have unlimited PCS to PCS minutes. I don't keep up with this stuff buy my family has PCS phones so this would work out and I have an old PCS phone that I saw in ad for radio shack where they give you like $100 trade in to bring in an old phone. Had a flip phone samsung 3500 I believe and the hinge broke. Have the new flip phones improved? thanks

I've got a Samsung a460 and I love it. However, now that color phones are becoming more popular and stuff I'd go with one of those. They are sweeeeet, you can get a color phone and get PCS Vision. Check out sprintpcs.com for the services and crap...

I live in New Jersey, so I couldn't really tell you how service is where you are but where I am it's not bad. Not great, but not bad.

expensive phones might have better features but definetly not reception believe me , I been sprint customer for 4 years

had all brands types from $79 to $400 phones, in my experience motorola #1 but sprint no longer has their phones I reccomend to go with any brand except LG, samsung and sanyo other costs less and have bad features but reception is the best.

I have a Motorola and plan on going to a Sanyo next month. The best phones for spring are Sanyos, period. LG is crap. As for socal, I've had my phone for 2 years and have been all over with little problem.

I think the service is pretty crappy here, I have had a hard time getting ahold of a few people with sprint, but that's only people I know have it, what area are you in?

Huh, I used it down in your area, SF valley, SG valley, San Bernadino, everywhere.

Well no cell phone company does particulary well in Huntington Beach/Newport Beach/Corona Del Mar. Thers no towers in those places.

In Irvine, it works fine... not particulary great... but not bad. Don't know about LBC.
