I'm not certain that with a chipset that old you can get enough fsb and overclock to make it worth an $85 investment. It is your call, but I would sell your board&chip and spend $130 for a skt754 2600+ and NVF3-250. How much performance would I see over a stock XP1900+ (1900 won't overclock at all, locked multiplier and any fsb over 135 (stock 133) is unstable).

If you are certain you can get DDR333 synch mode then the Barton-M is a good choice with up to a 15x multi to play with. You can probably manage 2.3-2.5ghz that way=big performance boost over a stock 1900+ 266fsb setup.
