What's the best Radeon tweaking program?

i've heard of many like the one by homer simpson, and Raid-on. what's the best in terms of overall features, usability, and performance?

All i use is powerstrip 3.0 and enable Hyper Z with it. Many of the "tweakers" do more harm than good compadability wise.

I am using Raid-on Tweaker v3.2 and Powerstrip. My 3DMark2000 scores are 5335 for my AIW Radeon. I like the Raid-on Tweaker because the help files explain the tweaks and there consequences. Thus, you can make an decision based on information instead of guessing.

I have my AIW o/c'ed to 180. My system is based around a 1.2 t/bird running at 1.4. Everything is stable as far as I can determine.

Rage 3d is the place to go for Radeon info, imho. Has alot of info about different tweakers and rates them.
