whats the best quietest case fan?

i got the standard cheftec case majority of people probably have. umm.. i don't know much but im guessing its the 80mm size, not the 120mm. i got that purple mounting bracket. and i need 2 for the rear side of the case. mine lasted a long time, since i bought my case lke 2 or 3 years ago, but now their just TRYING to turn when i boot my computer and their crying for help.

so... the question, whats a good fan thats really quite. my computer makes enough noise already. im looking for a nice quiet fan that isn't super costy.

I use Yate Loons 120mm/80mm and they're rather quite, I think so, and are rated at 28dBA. These are verrrrry cheap on eBay and you should check them out. No frills, no fancy lights, just the best kept secret out there.
 
All you ever wanted to know about fans.
Those of you that don't read French, will have to just look at the graphs and charts, or use Google Translate or Babblefish. The charts and graphs contain a spectacular amount to detailed info on almost every currently popular fan. Fans
