Hi all just curious what is the best program to test a newly built computer with? Will be using the folowing parts:
Antec SX1040 case w/extra fan for front (80MM), 2 stock in rear 80mm
AMD 1.4Ghz stock cooler for now
MSI K7T Turbo
Crucial 256mb PC133 CL=2 memory
Leadtek GF2 ultra 64mb
Soundblaster Live Value
IBM 30GB HDD

Anyone had any problems with these parts working together?? This will be my 1st time building one from scratch, TIA

Sisoft sandra has some info and benchmarking modules. It also has a burnin module of sorts. Although it may not be the best it is fairly adequate and is free for the lower version. HTH

I like the Burn-In Test provided by Passmark. It will pop-up about nine smaller screens each testing a different aspect of your computer at the same time, because thats how you use it right? I dont ever use just the hard drive, or just the memory, or just the vid card, etc.. I think it is a great allaround tester.
