What's the best pop-up blocker??

pretty much speaks for itself. Don't know how I did it, after YEARS of staying free of it.

now they're on EVERY webpage I go to.

Which one is the best to clean up my registry? Norton's? Mcafee? spybot??

CClenaer can apply fixes to your registry and remove the files you are not using.

I think a mixture of Microsoft Security Essentials, MalWareBytes and SuperAntiSpyware can do wonders for you.

If you want a popup blocker for your browser you can use adblock too.

I recently went to Adblock Plus https://adblockplus.org/en/internet-explorer for IE 11 and it does wonders, also very easy to configure. I use the default configuration (settings) - EasyList and rarely need to disable it.
If you are using a different browser the answer may vary.
