Whats the best place to buy video games on the net?

I need to beef up my PC game collection. Does anyone know of a few good sites to buy games? What about used games do any sites sell those?

for new games I usually just checkout the sales papers on Sunday's. If theres a good deal take the sales paper to Staples for a pricematch and use one of their coupons for extra savings.
