The Glaciator it cools bigtime and is way less noise then the 7000rpm delta fans. I have one and love it.. go check it out in the reviews at overclockers.com

I think the taisol is a very good choice for you. Since you have such a fast proc. you may want to upgrade to the Sunon or YS Tech fan, they are both still very quiet.

The Glaciator fan puts out the same amount of noise as my old Alpha with a YStech fan...

The standard Taisol 742092 is a good buy from Inflowdirect, it may not fit your board. They also carry it and the Alpha 6035 with Sanyo-Denki fan, a little pricier, supposedly very quiet. And it's tough to beat the Alpha6035/Sunon package from 2cooltek as possibly the best all around deal in terms of price, performance, noise & universal fit.
