It's just recently come to my attention that having a PDF converter would be very useful even for AutoCAD and other engineering applications. I did a quick search for PDF converters, and there are a lot of them, but what is the best one you people thing?

I would preferably, or mandatorily, need one that will convert AutoCAD dwg. and .dwf files to pdfs (and preferably pdfs with a lot of detail), but it would be great if the software could do the same for word, and any typical programs I might have as well.

What do you guys think? I am a real newbie at PDF converters as you can tell.

Acrobat is the easiest to start out with.

A free alternative that I have had good success with is FreePDF.

Do a google search for it. If you still can't find it, let me know and I will point you in the right direction.
