Whats the best PCI-E for $100 or under?

Can someone recommend me the best PCI-E x16 card for under $100... I will probably be buying it from AT forums..so it will likely be used... This is going into a new system I am buying for the wife..the only thing graphic intensive she plays are the Sims 2 games (Sims 2 and various expansions)

any idea whats the best bang for my buck?

currently her 9800 pro is great..but the new system does not have an agp port

Maby a 6600GT (would be a little faster than a 9800pro) or a 6800NU/GS to unlock to 16 pipelines and then OC it.

On the ATI side, maby you could get a X800.
