What's the best PC Config to run Video Editing

I am looking forward for a best configuration for a PC to run Adobe Premiere ProCS5 without any slowing down.

I need the type of VideoCard, Memory size, RAID(-5), optical drives(possibly BD), express card reader slot, motherboard types used to run above software, etc.,

The upper end of the quadro cards are supposed to work very well. I sold my FX4800 to a guy who told me that it doubled his speed over his gtx 285...
