whats the best mobo for me?

im building a new sytem with a gf2 ultra or Gf3 and a 1.4 266 AMD

i want a mobo with:
DDR ram (3 or more slots)
support for future AMD processors
good over clocking abilities
at least 4 PCI slots (prefer 4 or 6)
AGP slot
RAID is a plus but not needed.
looking to spend at most 150$ but more like 100$

thats it...

all my other rigs were INTEL but im finally changing to AMD.
