My crucial pc 2100 need to be upgraded to something better, thinking in terms of the future, I want to go with something that has a lot more OC potential?
Kingston, Mushkin, Corsair, Crucial? what's the best? Is PC 3000 better for OC?
Thanks

Corsair is pretty much the best stuff out there, but you pay for the performance. The best price/performance ratio is probably Twinmos.....

Basically CL2 is faster than CL 2.5 (Clock Latency - Lower is better) and a lower ns (nanosecond) equals faster access time therefore faster performance.
Hope that helps.![]()
I do not know what magic GeIL cast on the PC-3700. It hit an unheard 218 MHz with 2-2-2 setting. This is simply amazing. Any manufacturer wants to lend me a board that can do > 230 MHz operation? Overclockers, do not hesitate anymore, this is the module to get if you want to achieve THE highest speed. Due to its endless potential and lifetime warranty, we give it our OCNZ Editor's Choice Award.
