What's the best material to make ducts with?

I just installed a 120mm fan on my side panel and want to duct it directly to my Alpha HS. I'm currently using a paper mock-up, but would like to use something that looks better.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Maybe try some PVC pipe?

I thought about that, but I don't know how to get around the fact that the fan and HS are square and I have to go from 120mm down to 60mm in 5 inches.
