Anyone that's experienced with DVR and capturing video from a camcorder/VCR....what is the best hardware to have, i.e. video card and TV tuner. A friend of mine wants to do a lot of this on his Windows XP MCE system, but his ATI 9800 Pro AIW just plain sucks with XP MCE. He want's to ditch it and buy a separate video card and TV tuner.
