What's the best GUI database?

Access craps out on me all the time. What's the best graphics based relational database in terms of 1. stability 2. scalability and 3. ease of use?

But I assume you mean client/server database apps. In which case I'd say Access.

What's "crapping out" in Access for you?

Most of the time when Access "craps" out on me, it's user error.
