Whats the best FTP server software?

I will be setting up an FTP server here at work and need suggestions as to the best software to use.
It will have a dedicated server running W2Kpro. The files will be medium to large(mostly Autocad),So
speed would be helpful but it needs to be secure more than anything.

Any suggestions will be appreciated
