I specifically cited Wheeler as a legitimate and knowledgeable source for study, so please feel free to comment on http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_yQls4w9_o after watching it. You may notice it looks a little different from your examples. You're allowed to not approve of systema, I'm completely fine with that, but what I've seen and felt in person overrides whatever anecdotal or selective element on systema that has you so convinced.
