Anybody know of a upper/lower body exercise machine that works? Theres so many out there and some probably dont work no matter how much you use it. Dont want to spend over $500.00

Bow Flex would work well ..

For 500.. get yourself a nice bench set with weights..

I'd personally join the bally's 5 to start.. and 7 a month or something..

I heard bally's was a scam and they force you into a contract and make it hard to get out of.

You dont say how old you are, so here goes:
For the least wear/tear on your body--Lifestyles: Elliptical Trainer. About 300.00 at Sports Authority
Mix it up though, your body adjusts.
Swimming is the best there is if you have a YMCA close.....

there is no best machine to exercise with..

everyone has their own levels of adaptation and responsiveness to resistance training... there isnt just one machine that can benefit everyone...

then again, most things are better than machines anyways
