I messed up my sleeping schedule over the weekend, and rather than attempting to go to sleep and feeling like shit in the morning, I decided to pull an all-nighter. But just in case, I want a recommendation for a good drink or beverage that can keep me awake during school in case I'm drowsy.
I've had some energy drinks in the past, most of them are pretty terrible though. I'll drink them, and then an hour later I feel absolutely terrible... like, I start shaking. It's not shaking as in "I feel energized", but shaking as in "holy shit I must have diabetes or something". I will never drink another Monster energy drink. However, I had one of those 5-hour energy drinks once, and it actually worked quite well. It's true they don't make you sick.
I heard there are some pretty good energy drinks that actually don't use caffeine, but still very effective without making you sick, but I'm not sure. What are your reccomendations?
