Whats the best, easiest to use beginners wc'n setup?

I'd like to get into water cooling, but for very first time I'd like to start off with something very easy, and simple to install. I saw some of the zalman reserator 1's forsale, they looked really cool and semed simple to install, anyone reccomend these?

If not, what setup do you reccomend for someone who has never done this but ready to try.

Setup will be on a Dfi lanpart 250gb w/ 3000 amd64

Also, may want to do waterblock on 6800gt, since this seems to be a hot running card.
 
I would try to get something that uses 1/2" ID hose because in the future if you want to swap out parts, you'll always be able to find something that fits 1/2" ID. Not so with 1/4" ID like what Koolance and some other kits use. I think the Reserator uses some weird tubing diameter that's not 1/4", 1/2", or 3/8" ID.

And before you ask "is this good" please go read some reviews... MOST of the time you can figure out installation difficulty level and performance from reviews.
 
Frozencpu has some watercooling kits that you can choose from. You can also use that as either a parts list/guide or get one of them. Would probably be easier for the beginners or those that don're really know what to do...

Probably make it bigger :laugh:

Probably a better pump and maybe standardized hoses... - also hopefully a better flow indicator.
 
Bigger?????? :shocked: If they made it any bigger you'd need to put an addition onto your place to house it. I would hope that they would improve the cooling capabilities of the tower unit. Maybe divide it inside, so that the liquid actually gets cooled before returning to the system... They could put the intake about half way up the side, or even at the top, and then the return at the base, so that you know the returning coolant will actually get cooler...
