What's the best DVD software program?

I have an older DVD player by Creative Labs that came with Creative PC-DVD. But I was wondering what is the best software out. I am running on an ASUS A7V duron 700 mhz with an ATI Rage Pro IIC card. Does the software not matter and I should just get a better video card? Please help!!!
 
The best one I hvae tried has bene Power DVD 2.55 I have yet to try windvd 2.2 though. It might be better than 2.1 which was decent but not as good as power dvd 2.55

Also IMO, your setup is fine. I have watched dvds on my Dual C468 and a TNT2 without hickups.
