What's the best drive enclosure?

Mainly due to the fact that it supports the eSata interface. Does anyone else have any experience with these kinds of things and would like to share?

I just ordered this one from Newegg. Nice specs with eSATA and USBII for a SATA drive. Can't tell you how well it works, though - won't know for a couple weeks until I build my system.
