What's the best digital camera under $200?

I will need a digital camera to take some pictures for my web site.
I don't need very high picture quality as long as it looks fine on computer. Which one is good under $200?

Kodak has one out that's 199 MSRP, the dc3200, which means you can get it for less on the Internet.

I know staples had it for 200, but you can use a coupon to get it for about 170 with tax. I'd also take a look at Fuji's cameras.
