what's the best deodorant/antiperspirant?

what's the best deodorant/antiperspirant that keeps you dry but doesn't leave nasty yellow-pit stains later on? Right guard doesn't seem to do it right...

the reason u get yellow stuff is become of aluminum in the deodorant... get one without aluminum like old spice. works for me!

On a side note, when I went shopping last week, the clerk who was stocking the shelves was laughing under his breath, I calmly walked over to see what he was laughing about, he apparently thought it was funny to adhere the price sticker over the Old Spice so it read Old beloved patriot.

Currently using Speedstick 24/7, which is a newer product that seems to work pretty well for me. I use the "Fresh Rush" version which does not have an overpowering scent.

Edit: I use the gel version.

I use Old Spice as well. I use the clear gel "Fresh" scent and my gf LOVES it. I don't even wear cologne when I wear it around her because she gets mad at me for masking the scent.

Speedstick and Right Guard do jack for me. Don't work at all. I normally use Old Spice clear solid. Works great for me and my manstink.

I used to change around all the time but recently I got the new Axe gel deodorant and it works better for me than any other that I've tried thus far

actually...nothing does jack for you.

you stink regardless of what deoderant you use...

and that's a fact.

well I use secret but that doesn't matter because it's not for men, my ATOT S.O. wears old spice and I wouldn't have it any other way:)

I have yet to find a deodorant that I like. Lately my pits have been itching like crazy using Axe and Right Guard sprays. Sticks seem to be non-itchy but don't work as well.

So basically what I am saying is that I am also interested in the age old issue of finding that perfect deodorant.

I have been wondering about this for a while myself.
Did you happen on this conclusion by yourself or did you read about this somewhere?

I like Old Spice HE too, but now I use Right Guard Extreme Sport. It works quite well. I dont smell even after 24 hours.

good suggestions, but I want an antipersperant that won't give me the yellow pit-stains. I checked the store and ALL of them have aluminium in them. Is this definately the cause of the yellow pit-stains?
