Whats the best cooling fan for a duron?

I'm running a Duron 700@950 with the stock cooler they gave me with the chip. Not sure what model it is, but it's an aluminum heat sink with a thin thermaltake fan on top).Temps are OK averaging 40c at idle 45c at full load.
But I would still like to get a quality HSF. What are the best options for a Duron and what price range are we talking about?

I currently have my Duron 600 running at 933 (6x150) with a GlobalWin FOP32-1. They usually run about $22. Temps are around 100f.

FOP38 is awesome if you stand the deltas noise that is.

On this particular machine, fan noise will be an issue, so the quieter the better.
