Whats the best company for power supplies?

Maybe if the top 3 were listed what would they be, I am getting a new ECS mobo and I hear it is picky with power supplies. Thanks

Hmm I am trying to find the cheapest price I can on a 350 watt power supply, any ideas on what the lowest price is that I will be able to find? Trying to figure how much all this is going to cost me. Lol

$53 @ NewEgg, why buy elsewhere and have additional shipping costs? Buy it from a reputable seller and combine it with your other purchase(as seen in your other thread).

I'd add Powerman to the list of decent supply makers. They come standard in InWin cases and I think they may be related to Sparkle.

Thanks guys I just decided to go with this case: Case and it comes with a 350 watt power supply, not sure what kind, but hopefully it will do the job. Just talked to a friend of mine that works there and he said he would buy it for me at cost with is like $90. Thanks for all the info.

Here's your case at the Antec site.

Antec case with Antec PS. Looks like you did well. Until I checked your link, I assumed you had bought a cheap one. Good job.

Regards,
Craig

PC Power & Cooling are unquestionably the best

but too expensive for me

I personally take antec to be best when considering price

I bought an Enermax 530 watt PSU last year. I don't remember how much I paid for it, but if you go to pricewatch they have it as little as $130!! 530 watts may seem like overkill but you don't have to worry about running low on juice anytime soon. Also just because you have that many watt's it does not use that much power. It only uses as much power as it needs. If you look at my specs you'll see that I probably use only about 250 watts max. Here is a review for the ENERMAX EG651P-VE 530 Watt Power Supply: http://www.thetechzone.com/reviews/powersupply/enermax530/index.shtml

Channel Well (Antec) is a very high quality power supply. I have had superior results with HEC as well. In fact, I have a 300w HEC running my backup 2.4Ghz rig. 🙂
