Whats the BEST COLOR PRINTER 13x19in printer

I need help on choosing a high quality printer that can print 13x19inch color posters.

I'm a art student so I'll be using this alot during my time in school also great use for home office. I need some opinions and techincal information on some good printers. I notice some color lasers always print with the ink sorta beveled on the paper I dont want that at all. I need help I dont know to much about printers.
 
Canon i9100 Prints Borderless 13X19's and Canon just dropped the price $100US so you can find it new for under $350...
 
I suppose a Phaser 780 at used ($1000-$2000) is out of the question. Its what they call a "tabloid" printer is is a professional printer.
 
the Phaser 780 is what I've seen used at kinkos and it prints things out with that bubbled up ink and it looks ugly... -_-; I was checking out the cannon printer actually and the new 9900 or somthing is out too. I was thinking of that...
