Both your links are OOS , wherever you can find one in stock for around $250 is your best bet, I got a Evga 8800 GT for $299 with Crysis included ,they are said to have a great warranty program plus a trade up program.

All 8800GTs are pretty much the same.

All of them are right now around $270-$300 due to high initial demand.

Most of the places who carry them are out of stock right now due to high initial demand.

Price should settle to MSRP $250 in the coming months, hopefully.

I keep seeing the standard EVGA 8800GT at Fry's for $269.99. Thats relatively cheap for such a card, especially at a local store rather than off the 'net, and you can Step-Up to a better card within 90 days if you want. IMO, that makes it the best deal around unless you want one of the factory OCed cards...and you could probably hit those speeds on your own if you tried.

If you pick one brand over another it should be because of warranty, customer service, extras in the box, and price. The only physical difference between them will be the sticker.

But the sites take backorders with the given prices. I do not need a card immediatly so that is why im looking at prices.

Find the thread covering the Dell deal ($207 shipped IIRC). It's 1am here and I'm too tired to hunt it down ATM.

Good night!
