It's all personal opinion and depends on what you plan to do. Alot of people like EasyCD Creator. I prefer Nero. Some like CDRWin. I like Nero for regular stuff and use MusicMatch for my audio CD's cause I like the interface and the way it prints out jewel cases.

If you're mostly fooling with .mp3 stuff go get Fireburner.
Nero is very good too.
