What's the best CD ripping software for mass numbers of discs?

I want to transfer my entire CD colledtion 500+ discs to MP3. I would like an automated program that will rip the discs and preferrably produce proper item and title tag info automatically through CDDB or something. Better than average encoding quality wuold be good as well.

cdex does one click conversions for me. As far as quality, you'll have to tinker with plugins and encoders to get what you like. cdex rocks for ripping CDs, and you're not going to get simpler than one-click (after you setup initial settings of course)

EAC + LAME. Rip a bunch of discs and then batch encode overnight. Repeat daily until you're finished your collection.
