What's the best CD/MP3 player?

I was looking for a CD/MP3 player and I was wondering which one has the best features and the best price. If you have any reviews or comparison reviews please post them.

Sonic blue has the best ones imho.

they have three models

from 99 bucks to 179. firmware upgradable( and they do update it).

Sp250 is a nice looking player.
I think I'll snag one for X-Mas.

Seems like the best one on the market. A lot of people are talking up the SlimX, but the side mounted buttons = bad.

thanks for all the advice, i think I'm going to get the sp250 and pick up the LCD remote. There were some reports of hiss or mechanical noise but since the unit is upgradable via firmware i think the prob will be fixed.
