>>If you mean backing up cds, use CloneCD. If you want to make your own cd using files off your hd, use Nero.<<

I like the new EzCd 6.0 Platinum, but also use Nero and clone, when the job calls for it...

I've tried most of the major buring programs and have found that the most consistent (and best) performer is Nero.

I picked up a copy of clicknburn for 20 bucks. They sell it at amazon or at the cdstomper website. It's worked very well. the best feature is that you can burn audio cds direct from MP3 files. I tried it, it worked flawlessly. The cds are great. I also burned some linux isos (the redhat 7.1 distro) and again, easy, no problems. Certainly much better than the adaptec/roxio. I have a nero cd sitting here and I'll try it next, but so far, for 20 bucks clicknburn is great.

If you try another software program be sure to uninstall the previous one first.
You will save yourself some major headaches
One exception Nero and Clone CD work well together.
