How about an Antec 1500-series server cube with nine 92mm Tornados? :) Or if that's a little big, a Lite-On FS020 with three of the 220cfm Delta 120mm's :Q

Anchor sold separately :D

Within the realm of reason, however, the Chieftec/Antec 800-series are very well-ventilated for the most part, except they could use a top-panel exhaust (I flip the PSU-mounting plate over on mine so the PSU pulls air from the top). The 800-series have three 80mm intake positions. Their vents are fairly free-breathing, which is half the battle.

well cases with lots of fan mounts let you create great airflow using many low rpm fans:p

best loud fans are either tornados or deltas.
for silence bare non and hands down panaflo and mainly PAPST however the new rifle bearing coolermater neon LED fans are damn sweet im running two....they move about the same CFM as my panaflo H1A's but are inaudible to me.
but if youve never heard a tornado before......turn on a hair dryer and youll get the general idea. i wont use them no matte rhow much someone pays me......no way in hell....noise was the main reason i went to water.
as for a case personally im tired of seeing the same damn antec clones over and over again. my favorites right now are addronics and their removible mobo tray and butterfly open doors, coolermaster and lian li
