Whats the best burning software now?

I have a real old copy of nero with very very few options want to go and a new one tomorrow. What do you suggest? Need lots of options in the program.


im running vista btw

By "lots of options", do you mean stuff outside of burning, like converting MP3s to a music CD, or video for a DVD?

Free Nero or Free Ashampoo. The Free nero key can be used in the full nero suite and gets you better features btw.

I'm gonna second the CDBurnerXP nomination. Free, incredibly easy to use, and extremely flexible. It can do pretty much anything you want. If there's a downside, it's that it holds your hand a little bit too much, but that's a big plus for newbies.

Third vote for Ashampoo Burning Studio plus you can get a version for free sometimes if you watch the free deals forum.

CDBurnerXP is great. It runs on Vista and Win7 just fine.

Its like Nero but free.
