Whats the Best BIOS for LanParty Ultra B (BETA or Released)

I just got the board recently, and i'm wrking on Oc'ing it rite now.

I want to know

a)What's the best BIOS for this board
and
b)Do the advantages of the BETA BIOs's outweigh the risks

If you have problems with your current BIOS, or there are added features which you need in the BETA BIOS then you should/could try it out, if not then it is really not necessary to use them. I know that the latest BETA BIOS w/LanParty boards resolved issues with using SATA drive over 137GB being detected properly. That may be an important issue for you, and necessary for updating.

Always have to give the general disclaimer about flashing your BIOS, that it can ruin your motherboard if done improperly...

I flashed it to the 1/21 BIOS with These Instructions, and it worked.

I needed to flash to resolve some stability issues, when running at a high FSB.

The board is working well,
