What's the best back-up software for Windows?

I have a server running Windows 2000 Server OS. I need some sort of back-up software...

Any suggestions?

j/k i think Veritas makes some solid software in this department, like BackupExec. but if it is not automated database backup or anything fancy, just use good old cdr.

Unfortunatelly, it is. Using CDR/CDRW to back up this stuff is awfully inefficient. That's why I got two rotating removable HDDs.

Veritas is a company I've definitely heard of...It's been a while though since I last looked at backup software.
