Basically, I've done the "conductive pen" from Radio Shack and the pencil trick with a Pentel 0.5mm HB HI-POLYMER lead. I thoght the pen would be best, but now I question if the connections are all that good.* The Duron I used the Pentel on is stable as hell.
I haven't tried the defogger product, but is it easier than the pen? The ink from the pen dries so fast I can't get a chance to smear it on the bridges before it gets lumpy and loses it's adhesive qualities. The Pentel was so so easy. Even if it lasts for only a few months, it's just fine with me. I just want to make sure that for a while atleast it's a good contact.
* See my post in "Motherboards" .Odd behavior with my KK266... need help.
