What's the best amusement park in the USA?

Cedar Point. Especially nice since it is less than an hour from my house.

Cedar Point. I've only been there once about 5 years ago as it's across the country from me, but it was amazing...

out of the ones i've been to, six flags magic mountain. Living in the Bay Area, all we have is Paramounts Great America and Six Flags Marine World, both extremely weak compared to Six Flags magic mountain. They seem more pre-occupied with addding the latest "styles" instead of just great roller coasters. I'm a huge roller coaster fan though, I want to go to Cedar Point one day

Umm, no it doesn't. Until you have been to both places you can't say which one is better. My vote still goes to Cedar Point and their kick ass coasters. SFMM isn't that great of a park and why the hell is X closed every wednesday for maintenance.

I didn't say that one was better, I said that Cedar Point and SFMM are the best. I'm assuming you haven't ridden TTD (but I could be wrong, and apologize if I am), so please ride both before telling me that I'm wrong.

my tail bone still hurts from Raptor.

Six flags by LA was pretty good too...and I think Islan of Adventure in Orlando was aweesome too.
